Miraflores Foodies Tour:
Meeting point in front of ChocoMuseo Parque Kennedy,

We will walk through the neighborhood finding small and hidden,
family-run restaurants, where the very owners after years of experience have developed special recipes versions for the most traditional Peruvian dishes.
We have try them all and designed an 8 steps menu where we wi'll enjoy:
Parihuela (rich soup made of 6 different kinds of seafood),
Ceviche (Fish Peruvian flag dish),
Inca Kola (the most traditional Peruvian cola)
Native fruits tasting in local market,
some Peruvian snacks with fresh blended spices pastes.
Arroz con Mariscos (creamy and softly spicy rice cooked in fish brot with shrimps, mussels and other stational seafoods) or
Stuffed Avocado (stuffed with chicken,mayonnaise and veggies).
Chicha Morada drink (purple corn drink with fruits and spices)
and finish with learning all about Chocolate from the crop to the finale bar in a Chocomuseum!!!.
Here we will also have our dessert Artisan Chocolate Gelato!
Price: 45usd, includes all food served and guide.
*For aditional 20usd book a delicious 40mins. long Chocolate Workshop
to start after the tour in the Chocomuseum with right to 100grams of organic chocolate made by yourself to take away.

Each tasting portion is about 1/3 or half of a normal full portion so we strongly encourage you to not have breakfast the day of your tour or have a very light one. You'll need your hunger to fully enjoy the tour :)

Miraflores is one of the favourite districts for visitors while their permanence in Lima. The large offer of hotels and backpacker hostels, it beach and green cliffs, the restaurants and boulevard give to most visitors the wrong impression of "just another big city district"
Although, despite it modern appearance, this large district keeps almost in secret what makes it very special to us, locals.
Hidden streets where small family-run restaurants are served personally by their owners. The history and recurrent organic fairs where we enjoy delicious and eco-friendly preparations. The place where one of the most shocking terrorist attacks took place back in 1992 and a glimpse of the historical and political impact it had. The lovely and always smiling "mamitas" - spanish for dear, old ladies/Mom's - cooking and serving on a special street market open only twice a week.
